Who we are

Testclub Ltd is a company registered in England, company number 10412809. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@testclub.io.

What we collect

This website does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. We do not run a contact form. If you email us, we hold your email address and the content of your message so we can reply and keep a record of the enquiry.

Our host, Namecheap, keeps standard server logs which may include IP addresses, browser type and pages requested. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure rather than by us, and are used for security and diagnostics.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them, and Google may log your IP address as part of that. See Google's own privacy policy for how they handle it.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We hold enquiry emails on the basis of legitimate interest, so that we can respond to you and manage our business relationship. Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, records are held for as long as needed for the work and for the statutory period required for company and tax records.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when they are no longer useful, and in any case within two years.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Data may be processed by our email provider, Google Workspace, and our hosting provider, Namecheap, acting as processors on our behalf.

Client engagement material is handled under the terms of the relevant NDA and engagement letter, which take precedence for that data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@testclub.io.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with an updated date.
